• Created monitoring dashboards for ecommerce platform errors to better triage issues that arise on the site.
• Worked across various teams and platform specialists to streamline monitoring and alerting.
• Set up a new regional-focused team, including establishing ways of working and best practices.
• Served as a lead on an ecommerce site replatform.
• Proposed and implemented an omnichannel solution for utilizing store and warehouse inventories.
• Managed three developers as well as completed back-end and front-end development work on a site redesign project that launched within three months.
• Managed and developed a Bazaarvoice integration.
• Architected and developed a VIP program solution including a customer registration page on the site, a system for managing customer codes in Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager, and a method to measure VIP sales.
• Architected and developed a SFCC Business Manager blog configuration.
• Architected and developed a store event management system in Business Manager in one day.
• Scrapped a severely outdated Jenkins build and created a new EC2 server and fresh Jenkins build with updated configurations.
